A nerd who knows how to talk to people
ThatNerdKnows is a small-business technology partner in the Greater Seattle area. For about 15 years we've built and looked after websites — and all the technology behind them — for small businesses, and especially for therapy and counseling practices.
Our whole approach comes down to one idea: you shouldn't have to be technical to get technology that justworks. We explain things in plain English, build things that actually bring in business, and stick around when you need us later — because that's exactly what we'd want, too. No jargon, no runaround.

Most of our clients aren't technical — and they shouldn't have to be. We explain every recommendation, proposal, and update so it actually makes sense, no jargon required.
