Take the free assessmentIT support that fixes the cause, not just the symptom
Most “fixes” just paper over the problem until it comes back. We dig until we find why it happened — the failing drive, the misconfigured setting, the update that went sideways — and solve it for good. Then we tell you, in plain English, what was actually going on.
No jargon, no blame, and no making you feel silly for asking. Just your tech working again, and a clear idea of how to keep it that way.
Remote help fast, on-site when it matters
Most issues we can sort out remotely within the hour — we connect securely while you watch, fix it, and you're back to work. When something needs hands on the hardware, we come to you. We're based in Renton and cover Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area, so on-site help is genuinely local.
- Same-day remote support for the urgent things
- On-site visits across Renton, Seattle & the Puget Sound
- Backups and security checked as part of the job, not upsold as extras
- A real person who remembers your setup — not a new ticket every time
Built for businesses without an IT person
If you're the de-facto IT person at your business — the one everyone asks when the printer dies — we're the team behind you. We're a great fit for small offices, practices, and owner-run businesses that need reliable tech and someone to call, without the cost of full-time IT.
What small business IT support actually costs
Most IT companies won't give you a number until you've sat through a sales call. We'd rather just tell you. There are three ways to work with us, and none of them locks you into a long contract:
- Pay as you go — $125 an hour, billed in quarter-hour increments, so a quick fix stays a quick fix
- Monitoring & maintenance — $65 a month per device, so the problems you'd otherwise find the hard way get caught first
- Unlimited remote support — $125 a month per device, for when you'd rather stop counting
- On-site visits and larger projects are billed at a discounted labor rate
Which one is cheaper depends on how often things break
If your setup is simple and a hiccup is just an annoyance, pay-as-you-go is often the better deal — and we'll say so, even though it's the smaller invoice. If a lost morning costs you customers, paying a little each month to prevent that usually works out cheaper than paying to recover from it.
We'll look at what you actually have and tell you honestly which side of that line you're on. No pressure either way.
IT support across Renton, Seattle & the Puget Sound
We're based in Renton, so on-site help is genuinely local — we cover Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Tukwila, Newcastle, Issaquah, Maple Valley, and the rest of King County. Remote support works wherever you are, so distance only matters when something needs hands on it.
Common questions
How much does IT support cost for a small business?
We publish our rates rather than hiding them behind a sales call. Pay-as-you-go support is $125 an hour, billed in quarter-hour increments. Ongoing coverage is $65 a month per device for monitoring and maintenance, or $125 a month per device for unlimited remote support. On-site visits and larger projects get a discounted labor rate. We'll tell you which works out cheaper for your setup — including when that's the pay-as-you-go option.
Do you support businesses in Seattle, or only Renton?
Both. We're Renton-based and provide on-site IT support across Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Tukwila, Newcastle, Issaquah, Maple Valley and the wider King County area. Most day-to-day issues we solve remotely, which works anywhere.
Do you offer one-off help, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Call us for a single problem and we'll fix it — no contract required. If you'd rather not think about IT at all, we also offer ongoing support so you've always got someone to call. We'll be honest about which makes more sense for you.
How fast can you help when something's down?
Most issues we start on the same day, and many get solved remotely within the hour. For anything urgent that's stopping you working, tell us — we prioritize the things that keep your business running.
Can you help remotely, or do you need to come out?
Most problems we solve remotely by securely connecting to your computer while you watch. When something physical is involved — hardware, networking, a new setup — we come to you. We're Renton-based and cover the Seattle and Puget Sound area.
What kinds of businesses do you usually help?
Small businesses and practices that don't have their own IT person — offices, clinics, and owner-run businesses across the Puget Sound. If your tech needs to just work and you want someone to call, you're exactly who we're for.
