For therapy & counseling practices

Technology that helps your practice fill

It's where we got our start — web design for therapists and counselors, and the reliable tech behind it. We build calm, trustworthy private-practice websites that help the right clients find you and feel confident reaching out, then keep the behind-the-scenes technology working so you can focus on your clients.

We get practices

We started by building websites for counselors

When you train to become a therapist, you learn psychology and counseling — not marketing, web design, or SEO. We've spent years helping practices bridge that gap: turning a quiet website into a calm, findable front door so the people searching for help can actually find the right counselor. It's the niche that grew our business, and we still love doing it.

A website that earns trust

Someone reaching out for therapy is often anxious or doing it for the first time. We build calm, clear, reassuring sites that make a great first impression before a word is said.

Built to fill your practice

We showcase your approach, specialties, and content so the right clients get a real feel for you — and arrive ready to book. (That's exactly how we helped one practice grow to capacity.)

HIPAA-aware from the start

We won't collect sensitive client details through a generic form. For anything clinical, we set up secure, BAA-backed intake — because protecting client information isn't optional.

What we build

Everything your practice needs to get found and fill

A site that reflects you

Calm, professional counseling website design that shows your personality, approach, and specialties — so clients feel a fit before the first session. In-person, telehealth, or both.

Easy booking & secure intake

Online scheduling that fits how you actually work, plus HIPAA-aware, BAA-backed intake for anything clinical — never a generic contact box for sensitive details.

Getting found by the right clients

Local SEO so you turn up for searches like “counseling near me,” a polished Google Business Profile, and content built around the keywords your future clients actually type.

Specialty pages that rank

Dedicated, search-friendly pages for the work you do — trauma, couples, anxiety, addiction — so the clients you're the right fit for can find exactly that.

Reliable tech, handled

Hosting, updates, security, backups, and a real person to call — so your website (and the rest of your practice's technology) simply keeps working.

Questions practices ask

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Not at all — that's the whole point. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English. Our longest-standing clients are therapists who'd rather think about their clients than their website.

Can you make sure client information stays private?

Yes. For anything clinical we set up secure, HIPAA-aware intake backed by a BAA — never a generic web form. Protecting client information is treated as a requirement, not an add-on.

Will my website actually help new clients find me?

That's the goal. We build for local search (so you show up for “counseling near me” and the specialties you offer), set up your Google Business Profile, and write pages around the terms clients actually search.

Do you work with telehealth or online-only practices?

Absolutely — in-person, telehealth, or a mix. We'll make sure your site speaks clearly to how (and where) you actually see clients.

How much does a therapy-practice website cost?

Most start around $600, with the final number depending on scope. We give you a clear, specific quote on a free consult before any work begins — no surprises.

I already have a website — can you just improve it?

Often, yes. Send us the link and we'll take an honest look and tell you whether it needs a tune-up or a fresh start — even if the answer is “it's fine as-is.”
