A therapy practice that filled — and stays full

A psychotherapist moving from part-time to full-time was held back by a basic HTML site. We built a modern, content-rich website that showcases his lecture series — and the practice grew to capacity.

The challenge

When this Seattle-area psychotherapist came to us, he was making a big move — from part-time to full-time — and his website wasn't ready for it. He'd been working with a web developer but struggled to get a site that felt modern or that properly showcased his practice.

The old site was basic HTML. And he had something most practitioners don't: an extensive lecture series he wanted to share — as podcasts, PDFs, and videos. His existing site had no real way to feature any of it. To fill a full-time practice, he needed a strong, professional online presence that did his work justice.

What we did

We built him a new website from the ground up, designed around his content instead of fighting it. The centerpiece: his lecture series, published in the formats people actually use — podcasts to listen to, PDFs to read, and videos to watch.

The result was a modern, content-rich presence that lets prospective clients explore his thinking and get a genuine feel for his style and approach — long before they ever pick up the phone. Alongside the site, we handled the technical side too, so he could focus on his clients instead of his tech.

The results

Giving prospective clients a real window into his work changed everything. They could review his content, connect with his approach, and arrive ready to book.

Growth was steady and constant from around the three-month mark — and his practice now stays at capacity. For a practitioner who'd just gone full-time, that's about the best outcome there is.
